(1) The Committee shall determine and allocate radio frequencies for various services subject to the frequencies allocated by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the authority shall assign and distribute frequencies used for telecommunication services subject to the frequencies determined and distributed by the committee.
